Jarrett Taylor leaves his role as a System Administrator for the State of Utah to found Printer Properties Pro and launches the Printer Profiler application.
Jarrett continues enhancing his software by releasing Printer Migrator.
Printer Installer is released and the battle to eliminate print servers begins!
Jarrett partners with Cisco Systems Engineer and long-time consultant, Ryan Wedig, to co-found PrinterLogic. Jarrett and Ryan get to work with a shared mission to eliminate all print servers. They release advanced features like VDI Printing, SNMP Monitoring & Alerts, Print Job Reporting, BI Integration, Mobile Printing, Secure Release Printing, and Advanced Driver Deployment.
Jarrett becomes Chairman of the Board and Ryan transitions from President to CEO.
Enterprise acceptance and customer response is overwhelming. Jarrett and Ryan bootstrap PrinterLogic to 140 employees and take on 15 million in capital with Mercato Partners. The company launches a true SaaS solution of its software under the name PrinterCloud.
In a major portfolio expansion, PrinterLogic acquires MaxxVault, a leading provider of Enterprise Content Management software. The company begins repackaging the solution as a virtual appliance and redesigning the user interface.
PrinterLogic expands global operations into Cary NC, Washington DC, Frankfurt Germany, London England, and Sydney Australia. MaxxVault is officially rebranded under the solution name Vasion, and PrinterCloud is rebranded as PrinterLogic SaaS. Jarrett and Ryan's continued partnership fuels their passion for the company's mission to eliminate the analog-digital divide for business process owners.
