Independent Study Shows Customers Consistently Give PrinterLogic Top Marks for Printer Driver Management, Security and More
St. George, UTAH—February 2, 2016—PrinterLogic, the leading Enterprise Printer Management solution, today announced a selection of noteworthy results from a comprehensive customer survey conducted by TechValidate, an independent research organization.
The research surveyed 254 long- and medium-term customers on various aspects of their experience after deploying PrinterLogic as their chosen enterprise printing solution. Questions posed to the respondents concerned install time, ROI, added value, security and more. Ultimately the study collected 2,302 data points and yielded 22 case studies.
The results released today shed light on two distinct areas — specifically, the ease of use and flexibility of PrinterLogic. The portion of the survey focusing on ease of use dealt with specific areas such as printer driver management, ease of deployment (software), ease of use and printing security.
