When some end users try to open the portal the browser hangs or freezes.
The Printer Installer Client did not install correctly. Uninstall and install the client.
- Close all browsers
- Uninstall the Printer Installer Client using add / remove programs.
- Install the client by opening a browser and browsing to the portal, then click on the "Install Client" link or click on a printer and you will be prompted to install the client.
- The portal should now open without freezing or locking the browser.
